Very happy overall. James developed our 800 sq ft basement with 1 bedroom, bathroom, and rec room. Budget-friendly LVP flooring looks amazing. Only thing that could be improved: the drywall mudding in the bathroom took an extra 2 days due to humidity issues, pushing the timeline slightly. But James was transparent about it and everything turned out great.

We built a legal secondary suite for rental income. James handled every permit, every inspection, and coordinated all trades perfectly. The suite has a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. We started renting at $1,450/month the week after completion. James even helped us understand zoning requirements.
